Eye protection

At Spartan at a minimum you must wear CE approved eye protection. If you are undecided or new to the sport the facts are.

Glasses are less prone to mist and fog. Glasses do not cut down your peripheral vision in the same way some goggles and masks do.
Glasses and goggles do not interfere with your hearing as masks that cover your ears do.
Glasses and some goggles do not interfere with your cheek resting on your rifle when aiming.
Glasses and goggles do not stop you from getting shot in the face as masks do.
Glasses and goggles do not stop you loosing a tooth if shot in the mouth as masks do.
You can buy masks with built in fans to stop fogging. You can also buy wipe on products to stop all lenses from fogging.

Pretty obvious really !
